You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

After submitting your withdrawal request, you must return the item within 14 days.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging. If an item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a reduction in refund may apply.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. If you return your full order, we will refund the product price and the original standard delivery costs. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that the item has been sent back.

Some items may be excluded from return for hygiene reasons if they were delivered sealed and the seal has been broken.
