Our bags are crafted from premium leather-look PU material, designed to be durable, lightweight, and easy to maintain.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days. Express options may be available at checkout. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please contact us at info@lavenzahill.com to initiate a return.
Can I change or cancel my order?
