Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.

We currently ship to Canada.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders over CAD $100.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates can sometimes take a few business days to appear after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Lavenza Hill is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lavenzahill.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@lavenzahill.com and we will help look into the issue.

Lavenza Hill is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside of our control.
